Placement and tracking of an order
All you have to do to place an order is following the steps for online purchases, provide the required information and authorise the payment. At the end of this process, you will receive a confirmation email and we’ll send you your Crabs package.
Also, you can track the progress of your order with the tracking number you’ll receive by email.
The delivery time for the Spanish mainland and the Balearic Islands is 2-5 working days.
No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
In the European Union countries, the delivery time is 5-7 working days.
No shipments are made outside the European Union or in those member territories that have an special import/export regimen.
These times are subject to variations depending on the season and customs processes.
Customers who place their order from the Balearic Islands will also be able to select the option to pick up the order in the store. Below we remind you of our postal address: Carretera Calas de Mallorca KM 1.2, Manacor 07500 (Rafa Nadal Academy).
Shipping costs are free for national orders over €75 and international orders over €150.
The prices in our shop include VAT but exclude the costs of shipping the product. These costs will be at the expense of the customer and will be added to the total amount of the purchase made. International clients will also cover any potential additional costs of customs and/or local taxes.
Shipping costs are subject to the delivery address and the size of the package purchased.
Exchanges and returns
Terms and requirements
We’re convinced that you’ll love our Crabs products. If for some reason you are not happy with your order, you have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the package to request to return it with a refund. Requests after that date will not be accepted.
Please remember that you will be able to return any product as long as it is still in its original, perfect condition. The garments must not have been used and the labels must still be attached.
To start the return, click on the following button and complete the information by entering your postal code and your order or tracking number.
Once the products have been examined, we will contact you to inform you of whether or not the refund has been accepted. If it has, the amount will be refunded within 10 days by means of the same payment system used for the purchase.
Means of return and associated expenses
The customer will be responsible for managing and processing the return of their package. The costs associated with the return will be at the expense of the customer (including management, transport and customs).

- Select the items you like best and add them to the shopping cart.
- When you have finished your selection, go to the shopping cart to process the order.
- Enter your details and make the payment.
- Be patient… Your Crabs order is on its way!

If you have a discount coupon, you can use it by entering your promotional code during the payment process.
By clicking on “Place Order” you will be confirming that the credit card is yours and that you would like to authorise the payment. Remember that if the card-issuing entity does not authorise the payment, we cannot formalise the contract and the shipping of the order will be automatically cancelled.
Purchasing as a guest
We recommend you create an account with Crabs Company, as then your details will be automatically saved and you can make your next purchase more easily.
However, you can also purchase your products as a guest without having to sign up. In this case, we will only ask for your details that are essential for making the payment and processing the shipping of the items.
Your security is very important to us, therefore we use secure payment systems from leading e-commerce financial institutions. All confidential data in the payment are directly transferred with SSL encryption to the corresponding financial entity.
When making the payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure E-Commerce. Next, it will connect to its issuing bank, which will request you to authorise the operation by means of a personal authentication code. The operation will only be completed if the credit card’s issuing bank confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.
We also have an SSL certificate for secure online transactions (Let’s Encrypt Authority X3).
As an additional online-fraud prevention measure, we reserve the right to verify the personal data provided by the customer, as well as to adopt any measures deemed necessary (including the cancellation of the order) to ensure that all goods purchased are delivered according to the data on the order.
